I have supported organizational goals through strategic communications, storytelling and project management. See samples of my communications work.

Equinix

Equinix is the global leader in the data centre industry, providing colocation and interconnection services in more than 30 countries.

  • Led the design and implementation of a company-wide standardized FAQ development process, improving efficiency and consistency of content. 

  • Wrote, edited and managed content for an internal newsletter reaching more than 1,500 employees worldwide.

  • Developed and executed a new content strategy for the department's Viva Engage page, increasing employee engagement by 10 % in four months.​​

My FAQ project was recognized with the Creativity, Innovation & Diversity of Thought Award for introducing fresh perspectives, challenging the status quo and driving innovation.

Internal communications plan

Along with three classmates and our coach, Lindsey Scully​, PR Director at Netflix Canada, I developed an internal communications plan for a fictional organization, Madawaska Adventures.

I collaborated closely with my team and played a key role in shaping the plan's objectives, strategies and tactics, contributing to the design of multiple deliverables, including an internal newsletter, posters and bulletin boards.
